About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead and scale our Pan India General Trade (GT) business, while also managing Modern Trade (MT) channels including Shop-in-Shop (SIS) and retail formats. This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of sales performance, team management, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive Pan India General Trade (GT) business growth and distribution expansion
Manage and oversee a team of 4 Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
Strengthen distributor network, retail coverage, and secondary sales performance
Handle Modern Trade (MT) presence through:
Shop-in-Shop (SIS) model
Organized retail partnerships
Own and scale the Enterprise Gifting business vertical
Monitor sales KPIs, forecasting, and inventory planning
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams for execution excellence
Drive new market entry and channel expansion initiatives
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in General Trade (GT) at a national level (must-have)
Proven track record of managing large teams (RSM level)
Experience in Modern Trade (MT), SIS, and retail formats
Exposure to enterprise/corporate gifting business is preferred
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
