₹34 - ₹35 LPA Per Annum
About the Role
Strong knowledge of interior materials (woodwork, gypsum, glass, flooring, MEP coordination, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), and estimation software.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience handling large-scale commercial or corporate interior projects.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management
Source and evaluate vendor quotations.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Develop and maintain a database of material rates and subcontractor pricing.
Additional Information
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Lead pricing strategy for competitive bid submissions.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
Develop preliminary and detailed project budgets.
Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontract works.
Ensure targeted gross margins are achieved.
Implement value engineering to optimize cost
Lead and mentor the estimation team.
Develop SOPs and standardized estimation processes.
Analyze bid performance and improve win ratios.
