About the Role
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Sales Manager to lead business development, sales, and project
coordination for Solar EPC projects. This role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to manage the
full sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement to project closure.
Additional Information
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and engage potential clients and partners.
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion.
Technical & Engineering Support:
• Provide pre-sales technical expertise on system design and product selection.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimal solar solutions.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Commercial & Project Management:
• Prepare project cost estimates, financial models, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and warranties.
• Work with project teams to ensure smooth handover and successful delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical); MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, technical, or commercial roles in Solar EPC.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, PPA structures, and project execution.
• Excellent negotiation and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and solar industry standards.
